We aim to provide the best selection of kid shoes online in New Zealand. However, if the shoes don’t fit or are not what you thought they would be like we are happy to exchange for another size and/or style within 10 days of you receiving the goods.
Freight charges for returns will be at your cost.
If you do not want to exchange the goods we will refund if the purchase price is over $30-00. For purchases under $30-00 we will apply ‘store credit which you can use at a later date. The amount of the store will not include the original freight charge, if any.
Goods will only be accepted:
Faulty goods
We will happily refund or exchange goods that are faulty. This does not include normal wear & tear or rough treatment by the child.
