Shipping & Returns
We try to be as flexible as we can, as we know that it is not easy with sizes!
We have a 14 day returns policy from when you receive the goods. We do refund subject to clearance policy below.
As standard, returns must be in original packing, not worn outside with all tags attached.
Cost to return is yours, we suggest track & trace as it is at your risk.
For an incorrect size - we allow 1 swap for a change in size at no cost. Phone or email us with what you would like to do and once returned (your cost to return to us) we will send out the new size. To quicken the process up, you can place another order for the correct size & we'll send it out - then refund once the original in returned.
Clearance lines will have a specific returns policy, outlined in their product description.
Shipping within NZ is free. We use Fastway Couriers and aim to get your purchase to you as quick as possible. They will leave our shop the same day (not weekends or public holidays) if ordered before 1:00p.m. or next day if ordered after.
We try to aim for overnight delivery within the North Island, but this may not happen. South Island deliveries can take 3 days or more.
Post Office Box numbers can take a bit longer, as we have to shut the shop to get to the Post Office to send, but we are happy to do it.
There is no charge for Rural Deliveries, so please add your R.D. number to make it easier for our staff.
Don't you hate it when a few days after buying a product you find that it has gone 'on sale' and is now cheaper!

If you find your product (purchased from us) on our website in the same style/colour/size at cheaper price we will refund you the difference. (within 1 month of purchase)
Yes, that means you don't have to worry about it going on sale.... it really is at the cheapest price.
Just contact us with your order number & name & we'll get right on to refunding you, ASAP.
