We try to be as flexible as we can, as we know that it is not easy with sizes!
Returns
For online orders we have a 14 day returns policy (includes swaps) (in store is 7 days) from when you receive the goods. We do refund subject to clearance policy below.
As standard, returns must be wrapped, in original packing (box), not worn outside with all tags attached and internal wrapping paper
Cost to return is yours, we suggest track & trace as it is at your risk.
Swaps
For an incorrect size - we allow 1 swap for a change in size (cost to return is yours and we send the replacement at our cost). Phone or email us with what you would like to do and once returned we will send out the new size. To quicken the process up, you can place another order for the correct size & we'll send it out - then refund once the original in returned (at your cost).
If the second pair sent is returned we will deduct a $7-00 restocking fee from any refund. This helps us with the cost of the 2 freight charges.
Bundles
If part of a bundle (group of items with an added discount) is returned, any amount refunded will bring the cost back to the original non bundled price.
e.g. 2 packs of socks at $20.00 each normal price, A total of $30.00 paid, 1 pair returned the refund will be $10.00. This brings the amount paid back to the non bundled price of $20.00
Socks
Socks are not returnable.
Clearance Lines
Clearance lines will have a specific returns policy, outlined in their product description in red. If not there then our standard returns policy applies.
Mostly they will be less a returns fee, however:
Clearance items under $60.00 are NOT RETURNABLE
Shipping
Shipping within NZ is free. We use Aramex or Poste Haste Couriers and aim to get your purchase to you as quick as possible. They will leave our shop the same day (not weekends or public holidays) if ordered before 1:00p.m. or next day if ordered after.
We try to aim for overnight delivery within the North Island, but this may not happen. South Island deliveries can take 3 days or more.
Post Office Box numbers can take a bit longer, as we have to shut the shop to get to the Post Office to send, but we are happy to do it.
There is no charge for Rural Deliveries, so please add your R.D. number to make it easier for our staff.
