Try At Home Before You Buy - How It Works
We are excited to announce our collaboration with Try with Mirra.
It's is very important to us that you can confidently find the perfect fit and style when shopping with us online.
We understand the frustrations that comes with size (we face it everyday) and colours can look so different on websites tahn in real life.
So grab a few styles and check them out in the comfort of you own home.
Try them on with the clothes in your current wardrobe to see what suits your style.
This is our Premium Try Before You Buy service, completely risk-free for you!
How it Works
- Add to Cart: Use the Try Before You Buy button when adding items to your cart.
- Checkout & Payment Hold: We temporarily freeze the full amount on your card to reserve your items. It will show as pending in your account, but not paid. You won’t be charged until you decide to keep the items.
- Try at Home: Once your order arrives, you will have 3 days to try on the items.
- Complete Order: We'll send access to your Customer Portal where you can follow the steps to finalise your order. You'll only be charged for the items you decide to keep.

FAQs
Yes, you can use a discount code, but it must be applied at the time of the initial order. Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your order details. The discount will be reflected in the final amount you pay for any items you decide to keep.
When you use the Try Before You Buy service, you will be asked to provide payment details at checkout. We will then authorise your credit card for the order amount to ensure the payment method is valid. This is not a charge, and no funds will be taken from your account at this stage. The authorisation simply holds the potential total cost of the order until you decide which items you want to keep. The charge will appear as pending in your account, but not paid.
You will only be charged for the items you choose to keep after finalising your order through the Customer Portal.
The restocking fee is a $10 charge that applies only if you decide to return all items from your order. This fee covers the cost of the service, including shipping, handling, and processing of returns. It is only charged if no items from the order are kept. This fee ensures that we can continue to offer our customers the flexibility to try products at home before committing to a purchase.
Please note this service is currently only available in New Zealand.
Try Before You Buy orders must be completed in the Try with Mirra Customer Portal. You will be able to confirm which items you wish to purchase, and request a return if needed.
You have 3 days after receiving the items to start the returns process.
The customer is responsible for returning the unwanted items in 100% as new condition, in the original boxes, and they must be wrapped.
We do this all for you, in the hope that it makes your life easier. Being a small family store, and we only have limited sizes in many of our styles. To offer this service, we sometimes need to send out the only pair we have in a size, which means other customers can’t try them on in the meantime. Because of this, there is a real cost to us when we send shoes out for home try ons.
