We try to be as flexible as we can, as we know that it is not easy with sizes!

Returns

For online purchases (except for clearance styles as below) we have a 14 day returns policy (includes swaps) from when you receive the goods. We do refund subject to clearance policy below.

As standard, returns must be wrapped, in original packing (box), not worn outside with all tags attached and internal wrapping paper

Cost to return is yours, we suggest track & trace as it is at your risk.

Swaps

For an incorrect size (except for clearance styles as below) - we allow 1 swap for a change in size (cost to return is yours and we send the replacement at our cost). Phone or email us with what you would like to do and once returned we will send out the new size. To quicken the process up, you can place another order for the correct size & we'll send it out - then refund once the original is returned (at your cost).

If the second pair sent is returned we will deduct a $7-00 restocking fee from any refund. This helps us with the cost of the 2 freight charges.

Bundles

If part of a bundle (group of items with an added discount) is returned, any amount refunded will bring the cost back to the original non bundled price.

e.g. 2 packs of socks at $20.00 each normal price, A total of $30.00 paid, 1 pair returned the refund will be $10.00. This brings the amount paid back to the non bundled price of $20.00

Clearance Lines

Clearance lines will have a specific returns policy, outlined in their product description in red. If not there then our standard returns policy applies.

Mostly they will be less a returns fee, however:

Clearance items under $60.00 are NOT RETURNABLE or SWAPPABLE

Shipping

Shipping within NZ is free. We use Aramex NZPost (courier) or Poste Haste Couriers and aim to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. They will leave our shop the same day (not weekends or public holidays) if ordered before 1:00p.m. or next day if ordered after.

We try to aim for overnight delivery within the North Island, but this may not happen. South Island deliveries can take 3 days or more.

Post Office Box numbers can take a bit longer, as we have to shut the shop to get to the Post Office to send, but we are happy to do it.

There is no charge for Rural Deliveries, so please add your R.D. number to make it easier for our staff.

What is LiteRide foam, and how is it different from Croslite?

LiteRide is the softer foam Crocs use for the footbed. Crocs' own figures put it at around 40% softer and 25% lighter than Classic Croslite foam. Croslite gives you that firm, springy Crocs feel; LiteRide feels plush and sink-in underfoot from the very first wear, with no break-in.

So is a LiteRide Croc still made of Croslite?

Yes — partly. The outer shell and the outsole are still Croslite, which is what gives the shoe its durability, grip and water-friendliness. The LiteRide foam is the footbed you actually stand on. You get the best of both: a tough Croslite base with a soft LiteRide top.

Should I buy Classic or LiteRide?

Go Classic if you like a bit of structure underfoot, want the lowest price, or want to clip Jibbitz on. Go LiteRide if you're on your feet for long shifts, walk a lot on concrete, or you've tried Classic Crocs and found them a touch firm. If you can, come into the Queenwood store and stand in both — the difference is obvious straight away.

Does the LiteRide footbed come out?

On most LiteRide styles the footbed is removable, which makes them easy to rinse and dry, and means you can swap in your own orthotic if you wear one. Give us a call if you'd like us to check a specific style before you order.

Do LiteRide styles fit the same as Classic Crocs?

Very close, though the softer footbed can make them feel slightly more contoured underfoot. Take your usual Crocs size, and if you're between sizes most people are happier sizing down. See our Crocs size guide for the full chart.

Can I still wear them in the water?

Yes. Both foams are water-friendly and quick to dry. Rinse with cold water and mild soap and let them air dry away from direct heat — never in the dryer or on a hot car dashboard.
