We try to be as flexible as we can, as we know that it is not easy with sizes!

Returns

For online purchases (except for clearance styles as below) we have a 14 day returns policy (includes swaps) from when you receive the goods. We do refund subject to clearance policy below.

As standard, returns must be wrapped, in original packing (box), not worn outside with all tags attached and internal wrapping paper

Cost to return is yours, we suggest track & trace as it is at your risk.

Swaps

For an incorrect size (except for clearance styles as below) - we allow 1 swap for a change in size (cost to return is yours and we send the replacement at our cost). Phone or email us with what you would like to do and once returned we will send out the new size. To quicken the process up, you can place another order for the correct size & we'll send it out - then refund once the original is returned (at your cost).

If the second pair sent is returned we will deduct a $7-00 restocking fee from any refund. This helps us with the cost of the 2 freight charges.

Bundles

If part of a bundle (group of items with an added discount) is returned, any amount refunded will bring the cost back to the original non bundled price.

e.g. 2 packs of socks at $20.00 each normal price, A total of $30.00 paid, 1 pair returned the refund will be $10.00. This brings the amount paid back to the non bundled price of $20.00

Clearance Lines

Clearance lines will have a specific returns policy, outlined in their product description in red. If not there then our standard returns policy applies.

Mostly they will be less a returns fee, however:

Clearance items under $60.00 are NOT RETURNABLE or SWAPPABLE

Shipping

Shipping within NZ is free. We use Aramex NZPost (courier) or Poste Haste Couriers and aim to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. They will leave our shop the same day (not weekends or public holidays) if ordered before 1:00p.m. or next day if ordered after.

We try to aim for overnight delivery within the North Island, but this may not happen. South Island deliveries can take 3 days or more.

Post Office Box numbers can take a bit longer, as we have to shut the shop to get to the Post Office to send, but we are happy to do it.

There is no charge for Rural Deliveries, so please add your R.D. number to make it easier for our staff.

What are kids' Crocs made of?

The same Croslite foam as the adult range — a one-piece closed-cell resin that's light, water-friendly and doesn't hold odour. No seams to rub, and they rinse clean under the tap.

Are Crocs OK for growing feet?

They're great for the beach, the pool, holidays, daycare pickup and knocking about at home. We'd still recommend a properly fitted, supportive shoe for school days and long walks — a roomy slip-on isn't the best choice for all-day everyday wear while feet are developing. Crocs as the fun, easy pair alongside a good school shoe is the balance most families land on.

Should I size up for growing room?

A little, but not too much. Crocs are already cut generously, so buying a full size up can make them sloppy and easy to trip in. Measure your child's foot against the kids' chart in our Crocs size guide, allow about a thumb's width, and always fit to the larger foot. We're happy to measure properly in store at Queenwood.

How do I stop them falling off when they run?

Flip the heel strap back behind the heel — that's Sport Mode, and it makes a real difference for bikes, scooters and the playground. Strap forward is the easy on-off setting.

Can they put Jibbitz charms on them?

Yes — the ventilation holes on the Classic styles are made for them. It's half the fun. We stock singles and 5-packs.

What's the difference between the normal sole and LiteRide?

Classic kids' Crocs are Croslite the whole way through — firm, springy and hard-wearing. LiteRide styles add a softer foam footbed on top of a Croslite base, around 40% softer underfoot. For most kids the Classic is plenty comfortable and stands up better to being dragged through the sandpit.

How do I clean them?

Mild soap and cold water, then air dry out of direct sun. Keep them away from the dryer, hot water and hot cars — heat can permanently distort the foam and ruin the fit.

Just What I Wanted

I swore never to buy shoes on line as I didn't want to risk getting the wrong size, not liking them when they do arrive, having to exchange etc. But, couldn't get what I wanted in store locally so looked on line, chose the perfect pair, ordered and crossed my fingers.
