Please note: Ziera shoes are designed specifically for women's foot health and comfort. Sizes are listed in AU/US sizing. The CM range refers to the recommended foot length for each size, if you are between sizes, we recommend measuring your foot and selecting the size that covers your measurement.

Ziera sizes are based on AU/US sizing if you normally shop in UK sizes, add 2 to your UK size to find your AU/US Ziera size (e.g. UK 6 = AU/US 8).
Measure your foot in centimetres and use the CM range column to confirm your size this is the most accurate method.
If your measurement falls at the top of a size range, consider sizing up for extra comfort.
Ziera shoes are available in multiple widths if you have a wider or narrower foot, check the width options available on each style.
Always measure both feet and use the larger measurement, as feet can differ slightly in size.

Measuring Your Feet

Always measure your feet wearing socks unless the style is made to be worn with bare feet. Use your largest foot to take the measurement, and if unsure, measure both and use the larger measurement.

What you'll need: A ruler or tape measure, a pen and a blank piece of paper (A4 or larger)

Place your foot on paper with heel against the wall

Place the short end of the paper against a wall. Place your largest foot on the paper with your heel against the wall, so that your heel is equal with the edge of the paper.

Without moving your foot, use the pen to mark where your longest toe ends. Step off the paper.

Using your ruler or tape measure, measure from the edge of the paper to the line you have drawn. You can now use this measurement to determine your shoe size.

We try to be as flexible as we can, as we know that it is not easy with sizes!

Returns

For online purchases (except for clearance styles as below) we have a 14 day returns policy (includes swaps) from when you receive the goods. We do refund subject to clearance policy below.

As standard, returns must be wrapped, in original packing (box), not worn outside with all tags attached and internal wrapping paper

Cost to return is yours, we suggest track & trace as it is at your risk.

Swaps

For an incorrect size (except for clearance styles as below) - we allow 1 swap for a change in size (cost to return is yours and we send the replacement at our cost). Phone or email us with what you would like to do and once returned we will send out the new size. To quicken the process up, you can place another order for the correct size & we'll send it out - then refund once the original is returned (at your cost).

If the second pair sent is returned we will deduct a $7-00 restocking fee from any refund. This helps us with the cost of the 2 freight charges.

Bundles

If part of a bundle (group of items with an added discount) is returned, any amount refunded will bring the cost back to the original non bundled price.

e.g. 2 packs of socks at $20.00 each normal price, A total of $30.00 paid, 1 pair returned the refund will be $10.00. This brings the amount paid back to the non bundled price of $20.00

Clearance Lines

Clearance lines will have a specific returns policy, outlined in their product description in red. If not there then our standard returns policy applies.

Mostly they will be less a returns fee, however:

Clearance items under $60.00 are NOT RETURNABLE or SWAPPABLE

Shipping

Shipping within NZ is free. We use Aramex NZPost (courier) or Poste Haste Couriers and aim to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. They will leave our shop the same day (not weekends or public holidays) if ordered before 1:00p.m. or next day if ordered after.

We try to aim for overnight delivery within the North Island, but this may not happen. South Island deliveries can take 3 days or more.

Post Office Box numbers can take a bit longer, as we have to shut the shop to get to the Post Office to send, but we are happy to do it.

There is no charge for Rural Deliveries, so please add your R.D. number to make it easier for our staff.

Our Fits Explained

Medium Fit

Accommodates feet that require slightly less space than our ‘W’ fitting.

Wide Fit

Our standard fit which should suit most people. If your big toe joint or small toes begin to feel pinched or ache, you may want to try our roomier XW fit.

Extra Wide Fit

Allows for a little more room over the instep or at the front part of the sandals, shoes or boots than our W fitting styles.

FF/XF

Your Feet, Your Fit

Based on our XW fit. You can tailor the fit to allow for more or less room in the shoe by swapping or removing the forefoot inserts included with the shoe.
