Description

Feel the Buzz. Inspired by our 90s silhouettes, the new Buzz 5-eye shoe grabs attention from top to bottom. It stands on our chunky barrel-edge Buzz sole — marked with DM’s grooving, yellow welt stitching, and a leaf pattern on the undersole. The soft Grizzly leather upper has a comfortable padded collar, contrast stitch detailing, and an inflated, rubberised badge that echoes the contours of the sole.

MATERIALS

Grizzly is a heavyweight leather with a subtle grained finish that ages and develops with time. Care with Dr. Martens Wonder Balsam

CONSTRUCTION

Built on the new chunky barrel-edge Buzz sole, the upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together, providing more comfort and durability for years to come.

Shipping & Returns

We try to be as flexible as we can, as we know that it is not easy with sizes!

Returns

For online purchases (except for clearance styles as below) we have a 14 day returns policy (includes swaps) from when you receive the goods. We do refund subject to clearance policy below.

As standard, returns must be wrapped, in original packing (box), not worn outside with all tags attached and internal wrapping paper

Cost to return is yours, we suggest track & trace as it is at your risk.

Please return to:

Foot Forward Shoes

1/11 Herbert Road

Queenwood

Hamilton 3210

Also enclose a note with your name, order number and 'for refund'.

In store purchases have a 7 day returns period.

Swaps

For an incorrect size (except for clearance styles as below) - we allow 1 swap for a change in size (cost to return is yours and we send the replacement at our cost). Phone or email us with what you would like to do and once returned we will send out the new size. To quicken the process up, you can place another order for the correct size & we'll send it out - then refund once the original is returned (at your cost).

If the second pair sent is returned we will deduct a $7-00 restocking fee from any refund. This helps us with the cost of the 2 freight charges.

For swaps please return to:

Foot Forward Shoes

1/11 Herbert Road

Queenwood

Hamilton 3210

Also enclose a note with your name, order number and 'to swap for a XXXX'

Bundles

If part of a bundle (group of items with an added discount) is returned, any amount refunded will bring the cost back to the original non bundled price.

e.g. 2 packs of socks at $20.00 each normal price, A total of $30.00 paid, 1 pair returned the refund will be $10.00. This brings the amount paid back to the non bundled price of $20.00

Clearance Lines

Clearance lines will have a specific returns policy, outlined in their product description in red. If not there then our standard returns policy applies.

Mostly they will be less a returns fee, however:

Clearance items under $60.00 are NOT RETURNABLE or SWAPPABLE

The sale is a final sale

Socks

Socks are not returnable

Shipping

Shipping within NZ is free. We use Aramex NZPost (courier) or Poste Haste Couriers and aim to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. They will leave our shop the same day (not weekends or public holidays) if ordered before 1:00p.m. or next day if ordered after.

We try to aim for overnight delivery within the North Island, but this may not happen. South Island deliveries can take 3 days or more.

Post Office Box numbers can take a bit longer, as we have to shut the shop to get to the Post Office to send, but we are happy to do it.

There is no charge for Rural Deliveries, so please add your R.D. number to make it easier for our staff.

Amazing shoes, loved my order. Both pretty brave and bobux shoes are stylish, comfortable and durable...they have to be to make it through muddy, sandy and wet kindy days! my son can work the velcro strap himself as well. Both arrived promptly and securely in original shoes boxes in a single courier bag. Highly recommend foot forward shoes and these two shoe brands.

Just What I Wanted

I swore never to buy shoes on line as I didn't want to risk getting the wrong size, not liking them when they do arrive, having to exchange etc. But, couldn't get what I wanted in store locally so looked on line, chose the perfect pair, ordered and crossed my fingers.
Shoes were delivered really quickly, fitted perfectly and are comfy - oh, they look fab as well.
Great service Foot Forward.
